1. Selling Basics

We’ve outlined our selling policies to set you up for maximal success on AI Art Community Store.

a. What can be sold

If you sell products on AI Art Community Store, you agree that:

  1. The designs are yours.
  2. It took significant human effort to create your designs.
  3. You accurately describe every person involved in the creation of your design.

We currently use Printful as our manufacturer and distributor. The products you sell will necessarily be one of those listed in Printful’s extensive Custom Products Catalog.

a. What cannot be sold

Items that violate our intellectual property policies are not allowed to be sold on AI Art Community Store. All listings must offer an item for sale (which includes digitally delivered items, and can also include reserved listings). You may not create a collection for the purpose of sharing a referral code, posting a want ad, or similar activity that does not offer a physical or digital item for sale.

If we take an item or a collection down for IP violations, you’ll still be on the hook to pay any outstanding fees on your Frame 240, Inc. statement.
